Crystal Springs Fireplace Updated

Our client, Karen, wanted to update her staid, mid 80s Crystal Springs brick fireplace… she picked out some River Rock Stone and complimented it with a clean porcelain tile for the surround and hearth. Thanks to D. Delange layout/application and StevO for the use of the tile saw! Looks great.

Bathroom re-do

Our small bath upstairs needed to be finished. I had lived with just a toilet and sink for many years but after Alicia moved in… this wasn’t working. Complete gut, new pipes and electric.

Wood style ceramic tile on floor and subway tiles with accents on shower walls with cedar on the ceiling and small interior wall and oak trim.

Berlin Race Track

My first race car t-shirt art… for LetsGoRacing. Norm called me up and asked for something simple and within budget. Delivered!

Custom Built-Ins

Custom built-ins for Zach and family…the best part, in my mind, was including power outlets on either side of the seat panels. Typical Shaker style with storage with soft close hinges under seat. Birch/Maple materials picked-up during the price hike last year. Whole lotta ripping, cutting, planing ,sanding, pocket jigs and hardware. Thanks Allen Spencer for your time and expertise…

Roubo style workbench for outdoor use

This is my workbench for the shop up north… made with pressure treated lumber. I needed a workbench that could withstand some weather while staged outside during multiple day projects. The original bench is the image under sketch and it just wasn’t makin’ it. There are some things I would do differently but it has been a work horse for me on the work I do up under the ‘bridge’…

Fireplace surround

My friend wanted a new look for their rental… the original surround was a mirror grid around the tile close to the hearth. We kept the tile and created a simple colonial style surround from clear pine.
